A FAA está adotando uma nova diretriz de aeronavegabilidade (AD) para determinados assentos médicos B/E Aerospace Fischer GmbH (B/E Aerospace Fischer) modelo 230/305. Esta AD foi motivada pela determinação de que certos assentos médicos certificados para instalações voltadas para trás (AF) e voltadas para frente (FF) foram entregues com uma versão incorreta da unidade giratória. Esta AD exige modificação e reidentificação dos assentos médicos afetados. A FAA está emitindo esta AD para resolver a condição insegura nestes produtos.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain B/E Aerospace Fischer GmbH (B/E Aerospace Fischer) Medical Seats 230/305. This AD was prompted by a determination that certain medical seats that are certified for aft facing (AF) and forward facing (FF) installations have been delivered with an incorrect version of the swivel unit.
