The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2021-02-13, which applies to certain The Boeing Company Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, and -900 series airplanes. AD 2021-02-13 requires inspections of the fuselage skin and bear strap at the forward galley door between certain stations for cracks, and applicable on-condition actions. Since the FAA issued AD 2021-02-13, a report was received of cracking outside the required inspection area, and it has been determined that additional airplanes may be subject to the identified unsafe condition. This proposed AD would continue to require the actions of AD 2021-02-13 and would add airplanes to the applicability. This proposed AD would also add inspections for an extended inspection area. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.Texto Completo da Diretiva
