The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model BD-700-1A10, and BD-700-1A11 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by an in-service event where a main landing gear tire burst upon landing. This proposed AD would require an inspection to determine if an affected brake control unit (BCU) is installed and replacement of affected BCU. This proposed AD would also prohibit the installation of affected parts. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.Texto Completo da Diretiva
