ACTION: Final rule; request for comments. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A350-1041 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of a misalignment between a certain flap shaft and the catcher due to incorrect installation of the bracket supporting the catcher. This AD requires an inspection of affected parts and applicable corrective actions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective April 29, 2026. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of April 29, 2026. The FAA must receive comments on this AD by May 29, 2026.
