ACTION: Final rule; request for comments. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 757-200 and -300 series airplanes. This AD was prompted by reported crack findings on airplanes with scimitar blended winglets. This AD requires inspections for cracks, and repair as applicable. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective February 26, 2026. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of February 26, 2026. The FAA must receive comments on this AD by April 13, 2026.
