The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by the obsolescence of the clamp holding in place the oxygen generator in the container and introduction of a new clamp from another manufacturer with different locking torque specifications, which were not properly reflected in Airbus documentation. This proposed AD would require replacing each affected part, would prohibit accomplishing maintenance actions using certain versions of a maintenance procedure task, and would also prohibit the installation of affected parts. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.Texto Completo da Diretiva
