ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM). SUMMARY: The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Polskie Zaklady Lotnicze Sp. z o.o. Model PZL M28 05 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by incorrect flap settings and airspeed during approach for landing under one engine inoperative (OEI) conditions in the airplane flight manual (AFM) emergency procedures. This proposed AD would require revising the existing AFM for your airplane to provide the correct emergency procedures. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
