ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM). SUMMARY: The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that the applicable aircraft flight manual (AFM) was providing an incorrect value for maximum cumulative taxi time in freezing fog conditions. This proposed AD would require revising the existing AFM to provide the flightcrew with normal procedures to follow under certain conditions, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: The FAA must receive comments on this proposed AD by May 12, 2025.
