A FAA propõe adotar uma nova diretiva de aeronavegabilidade (AD) para helicópteros Airbus Helicopters modelos AS350B, AS350BA, AS350B1, AS350B2, AS350B3, AS350D, AS355E, AS355F, AS355F1, AS355F2, AS355N e AS355NP. Esta AD proposta foi motivada por um relatório de uma porta deslizante que ficou travada na posição aberta se desprendendo do helicóptero durante o voo. Esta AD proposta exigiria a modificação de certos rolos de trilho superior, a instalação de uma etiqueta em cada porta deslizante e proibiria a instalação de rolos de trilho superior afetados ou de uma porta com um rolo de trilho superior afetado. These actions are specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference.
