Estas condições especiais são emitidas para o avião da série Airbus Modelo A330-300. Este avião, conforme modificado pela Airworthy Inc. These special conditions are issued for the Airbus Model A330- 300 series airplane. This airplane, as modified by Airworthy Inc. (Airworthy), will have a novel or unusual design feature when compared to the state of technology envisioned in the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes. This design feature is the installation of a crew rest compartment which will be located in what is currently the Class E main deck cargo compartment. The applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for this design feature.
