Esta regra estabelece, altera, suspende ou revoga Procedimentos Padrão de Aproximação por Instrumentos (SIAP) e os Mínimos de Decolagem e procedimentos de Partida com Obstáculos Associados (ODP) para operações em determinados aeroportos. Estas ações regulatórias são necessárias em razão da adoção de critérios novos ou revisados, ou em razão de mudanças ocorridas no Sistema Nacional de Espaço Aéreo, tais como a implantação de novas instalações de auxílio à navegação, adição de novos obstáculos ou alteração de requisitos de tráfego aéreo. This rule establishes, amends, suspends, or removes Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPS) and associated Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure procedures (ODPs) for operations at certain airports. These regulatory actions are needed because of the adoption of new or revised criteria, or because of changes occurring in the National Airspace System, such as the commissioning of new navigational facilities, adding new obstacles, or changing air traffic requirements. DATES: This rule is effective April 7, 2026. The compliance date for each SIAP, associated Takeoff Minimums, and ODP is specified in the amendatory provisions. The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in the regulations is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of April 7, 2026.
