( printed page 30586) ACTION: Final rule; request for comments. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a design review that identified a potential thrust asymmetry condition during derated takeoff operations under certain conditions. This AD requires revising the existing airplane flight manual (AFM) to provide the flightcrew with procedures for derated takeoff limitations. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective July 25, 2025. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of July 25, 2025. The FAA must receive comments on this AD by August 25, 2025.
