A FAA está revogando a Diretriz de Aeronavegabilidade (AD) 2019-24-16, que se aplicava a certos aviões Embraer S.A. Modelo ERJ 190-100 STD, -100 LR, -100 IGW e -100 ECJ; e aviões Modelo ERJ 190-200 STD, -200 LR e -200 IGW. A AD 2019-24-16 exigia a revisão do programa de manutenção ou inspeção existente, conforme aplicável, para incorporar limitações de aeronavegabilidade novas ou mais restritivas. Desde que a FAA emitiu a AD 2019-24-16, a FAA determinou que limitações de aeronavegabilidade novas ou mais restritivas são necessárias. Esta AD exige a revisão do programa de manutenção ou inspeção existente, conforme aplicável, para incorporar limitações de aeronavegabilidade novas ou mais restritivas, conforme especificado em uma AD da Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC), que é incorporada por referência (IBR). The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2019-24- 16, which applied to certain Embraer S.A.
