A FAA está adotando uma nova diretiva de aeronavegabilidade (AD) para helicópteros Bell Textron Inc. modelos 204B, 205A, 205A-1, 205B, 210 e 212 e vários helicópteros de categoria restrita com correntes de torção-tensão (TT) de números de peça específicos instaladas sob certificado de tipo suplementar (STC) nº SR03408CH. Esta AD foi motivada por um acidente envolvendo falha de uma corrente TT. Esta AD requer a remoção das correntes TT de números de peça especificados do serviço e proíbe a instalação dessas correntes TT. The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Bell Textron Inc. This AD was prompted by an accident involving failure of a TT strap. This AD requires removing the specified part-numbered TT straps from service and prohibits installing those TT straps.
