Esta regra final incorpora diversas alterações exigidas pela Lei de Competitividade do Lançamento Comercial Espacial dos Estados Unidos de 2015. Esta regra final oferece clareza regulatória aos requerentes que buscam licenças para operações de voo espacial envolvendo astronautas governamentais, adicionando duas novas subpartes às regulamentações de voo espacial humano contendo requisitos para operadores com astronautas governamentais com e sem funções críticas de segurança a bordo de veículos.
This final rule incorporates various changes required by the United States Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act of 2015.
