This document corrects that error. In all other respects, the original document remains the same. DATES: This correction is effective August 7, 2023. The effective date of AD 2023-12-03 remains August 7, 2023. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of August 7, 2023 (88 FR 42598, July 3, 2023).
