ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-700-2A12 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report that the flightcrew and passenger oxygen system's refill and capillary lines may have been contaminated by sealant and cotton fibers. This AD requires an inspection to determine the serial numbers of the oxygen cylinders installed and replacement of each affected oxygen cylinder and regulator assembly (OCRA). The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective December 30, 2022. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of December 30, 2022.
