A FAA está cancelando a Diretriz de Aeronavegabilidade (DA) 2017-24-10, que se aplicava a certos aviões da série Model 757-200, -200PF e -300 da The Boeing Company. A DA 2017-24-10 exigia inspeções repetitivas para qualquer trinca da corda interna de um determinado frame da fuselagem; identificação do material da corda interna de um determinado frame da fuselagem para certos aviões; e ações corretivas aplicáveis. Esta DA foi motivada por relatórios de trincas encontradas na corda interna de um determinado frame da fuselagem.
