ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of internal corrosion on the inboard flaps found prior to regularly scheduled maintenance checks. This AD requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate a certain aircraft maintenance manual (AMM) task. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective July 22, 2022. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this AD as of July 22, 2022.
