ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-100-1A10 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of erratic electrical system status on the push button annunciators (PBAs) and the engine instrument and crew alerting system (EICAS). This AD requires revising the existing airplane flight manual (AFM) to incorporate procedures to be applied during erroneous electrical status indication conditions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective January 10, 2022. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this AD as of January 10, 2022.
