ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pacific Aerospace Limited Model 750XL airplanes. This AD was prompted by mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI identifies the unsafe condition as insufficient clearance between the engine mount, the Beta control rod, and the inter-turbine temperature (ITT) sensing probe that could lead to chafing damage. This AD requires inspecting the engine mount, the temperature probe, and the reversing cable for damage, and taking any necessary corrective actions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective December 10, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of December 10, 2021.
