ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pacific Aerospace Limited Model 750XL airplanes. This AD was prompted by mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI identifies the unsafe condition as chafing damage in the port wing skin caused by the fuel system finger filters. This AD requires inspecting the wing internal skin for chafing and taking any necessary corrective actions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective December 10, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of December 10, 2021.
