ACTION: Final rule; request for comments. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Fokker Services B.V. Model F28 Mark 0070 and Mark 0100 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of exfoliation corrosion found during an inspection of the wing front spar lower boom. This AD requires an inspection for corrosion of the wing front spar lower boom, and applicable corrective actions, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD becomes effective November 15, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in this AD as of November 15, 2021. The FAA must receive comments on this AD by December 13, 2021.
