ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD 2018-04-09 for Pacific Aerospace Limited Model 750XL airplanes. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as incorrectly marked and annunciated low oil-pressure indication warnings. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective September 22, 2020. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in the AD as of September 22, 2020.
