ACTION: Final rule; request for comments. SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Pacific Aerospace Limited Model 750XL airplanes. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by the aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as inadvertent fuel shut-off to the engine during the operation of the flaps due to the fuel and flap control levers being located too closely together. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective September 8, 2020. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of a certain publication listed in the AD as of September 8, 2020.
