Estas condições especiais são emitidas para os helicópteros Leonardo modelo AW189. These special conditions are issued for the Leonardo Model AW189 helicopters. This model of helicopter, as modified by Leonardo, will have the novel or unusual design feature associated with installing an optional SAR AFCS. The applicable airworthiness standards do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for this design feature.
