A FAA está adotando uma nova Diretiva de Aeronavegabilidade (AD) para determinadas aeronaves Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Modelo BD-500-1A11. Esta AD foi motivada por relatos de que, sob certas combinações de configuração da aeronave e condições de voo, temperaturas superiores às antecipadas poderiam ocasionar uma mensagem de falso alarme de aviso de incêndio do motor. Esta AD exige a instalação do software versão 5.0 do Controlador Integrado de Sistemas de Ar (IASC). A FAA está emitindo esta AD para resolver a condição não segura nestes produtos.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Model BD-500-1A11 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports that, under certain combinations of airplane configuration and flight conditions, higher than anticipated temperatures could lead to an engine fire warning nuisance message.
