A FAA está adotando uma nova Diretiva de Aeronavegabilidade (DA) para todos os aviões Airbus SAS modelo A330-841 e A330-941. Esta DA foi motivada por um relatório de cálculos incorretos de decolagem para ventos laterais acima de 20 nós. The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A330-841 and A330-941 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of incorrect take-off computations for crosswinds above 20 knots. This AD requires amending the existing aircraft flight manual (AFM), as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which is incorporated by reference.
